Nestled in the heart of Rio de Moinhos, in Borba, our intimate boutique hotel is a natural extension of Quinta do Zambujeiro—an estate where a passion for winemaking shapes the landscape and awakens the senses. With 5 exclusive units, we designed this hideaway to honour privacy and the idyllic surroundings of the Alentejo nature. From here, your gaze loses itself across an undulating sea of vineyards—our own vineyards—whose horizon is beautifully framed, in the distance, by the majestic silhouette of the Serra d’Ossa.
